概述
对于偏差较大的工件零件建议增大触测距离和逼近回退近距离,测量空间较小的零件减小逼近回退距离,这需要根据实际情况设置。
探测距离(接近距离): 测头在采点前以探测速度向前移动的距离。
回退速度: 机器自动采完点后离开工件时的速度。 无自学习指令。
在平时的几何元素测零中,不管是手动测量还是自动测量都需要设定正确的测头参数,防止在测量中发生异常碰撞,关于如何设置正确的探测回退距离,常用的方法有两种:
方法一:在环境设置下——运动控制设置,点击“运动参数”,打开对话框。自动测量修改探测距离,同时会修改回退距离;手动测量修改手动回退距离。
方法二:在自动特征元素测量对话框中,路径参数标签页下勾选“自动回退距离”,软件根据孔的直径和测头参数自动计算回退距离。
探测回退距离的数值设置多少是合适的,测量中不会发生碰撞呢?下面有个公式可以作为参考:
探测回退距离=(孔的直径/槽宽度-测针直径)/2
