原因分析
应该是Mysql的IP地址被锁定了
解决办法
将root用户登录IP全部开放出来
select user,host from mysql.user where user = 'root';
## 如果host != '%' 将其改为'%'
update mysql.user set host='%' where user = 'root';
## 最后一步千万不能忘记=======》刷新权限
flush privileges;
