概述

NETDMIS5.0脱机编程功能,用户将测量机,数模,都导入软件中。

在使用导入 CAD 模型进行脱机或联机编程时, 使用虚拟找正功能, 将模型虚拟放置
在机器的某一位置, 方便脱机模拟运行程序。

1、硬件配置 HW_Config 登录,机器设置,选择测量机类型, “插入”—“硬件定义”—“测量机”,出现虚拟测量机。

硬件配置 HW_Config 登录,登录密码:admin

该界面包括机器模型的的定义与设置, 是否激活机器模型。 机器修正, 温度补偿菜单是否显示和其高级设置。在这里插入图片描述
软件启动后在“ CAD 工具条” 中点击“ 显示机器模型”, 软件的 CAD 窗口显示相应的机器模型,选择测针后, 虚拟机器就可正常使用了。

如下图所示, 图形显示窗口中出现图示测量机

导入数模,使用“虚拟找正”,在“平移和旋转”选项卡中单击“自动定位”,
软件会自动计算“X偏置, Y偏置, Z偏置”将数模自动偏置到测量机平台上,接下来用户
就可以进行脱机编程。

在使用导入 CAD 模型进行脱机或联机编程时, 使用虚拟找正功能, 将模型虚拟放置

平移: 不显示机器模型时, 可在平移下方的框中输入平移量, 将测头零点平移到设置的位置, 显示机器模型时, 可手动输入平移量也可点击默认位置按钮, 软件将根据硬件配置中设置的机器模型大小, 自动计算一个默认位置使模型显示在机器模型的工作台面正中心位置。 如下图所示( 机器模型为 Daisy121510):勾选“ 激活” , 点击【 应用】 CAD 模型显示到设置的位置。

旋转: 设置 CAD 坐标系轴向参考于机器的轴向, 勾选“ 激活” , 点击【 应用】 CAD 模型在机器模型工作台上按照设置的轴向放置。也可旋转到某一角度, 或直接利用元素的矢量方向进行旋转, 操作与模型转换类似, 不做赘述。
