1.芯片选择
The NUC980DK61YC series with the ARM926EJ-S core can operate at up to 300 MHz . It offers 128-pin LQFP packages stacked with 64 MB DDR-II Memory to reduce PCB size and EMI issues. Rich peripherals include 10 sets of UART , 2 sets SDIO / eMMC interface, 8 Ports USB Host, NAND Flash interface, QSPI NAND ,4 sets CAN, 2 sets 10 / 100 Mbps Ethernet MAC and High-Speed USB 2.0 host / device controller to allow more flexibility in designs. The NUC980DK61YC also supports industrial temperature from - 40 ℃ to 85 ℃ and targets Ethernet and IoT Control.

2.芯片优缺点
价格:不是很便宜,要35块左右
性能:主屏300M
还行吧,毕竟是ARM9,也没什么太高的要求
最想要的是他的封装,128LQFP,纯手工就能焊接。

新唐也算是比较良心的了,资料很多
