我是靠谱客的博主潇洒草莓，最近开发中收集的这篇文章主要介绍10.全志H3-优化，解决DDR速度上不去的问题 20210102，觉得挺不错的，现在分享给大家，希望可以做个参考。

概述

上面是我的微信和QQ群，欢迎新朋友的加入。

在前几天，已经让板子跑起来了

但是因为PCB走线的问题，目前板子只能在一两M的条件下运行

一但速度高了，就直接跑不起来了

最开始我没关注到这个速度的问题

第二版上面，有过一个问题是，板子要加热，才能走过start kernel

最开始，我以为是我的焊接问题导致的这个现象，而且当时SD卡是飞线接上去的，感觉不是那么可靠

当然当时还有个问题是层叠结构选择的不对，没做阻抗匹配

于是做了第三版，同时做了一个底板，不用飞线的方式

可是同样遇到了这个问题

需要加热

偶然有一次，发现uboot报错说找不到DDR

将我的思路定位到DDR部分有问题

各种尝试之后，发现手指压住DDR的clk和数据线，也会让uboot启动有不同的表现

关于DDR的布线，网上有很多资料可以参考

分析之后，发现第三版有几点问题

1.过孔有点多，为了让DDR部分减少阻抗突变，做了组内交换，尽量把DDR数据线走在了一层

2.拉近ddr和CPU的距离，板子比较小，层数不够，目前还有6mm的距离

3.CLK线之前走的比较短，比数据线和地址线还短，我认为这是我的主要问题

4.时钟线和数据线靠的比较近，虽然满足了3W，但是我认为还是有影响

5.过孔问题，之前为了有效的扇出，线要拉出来一截，才走过孔，因为板子本来就小，这一截会影响周边的信号

板子已下单

焊接完新的板子

可以确定到300多M的时候，板子还能跑起来，到了400多M就废了，有意思的是，800多M的时候，竟然测试通过了
很明显是不正常的
阅读LOG，发现好像测了两片DDR3，但是我实际上只有一片，读了一下手册，也没有哪个地方说可以设置为一片DDR
现在ddr_init的参数被我改乱了，回头再重新下个软件，看看能不能通过配置，让芯片跑在400多M

可以了，现在能正常跑在400多M了
