1.在eclipse.ini文件末尾添加-Djava.net.preferIPv4Stack=true
2.需要手动添加Eclipse Marketplace Client。
help–install new software–add
添加name: Eclipse Marketplace Client (随意起名)
Location:http://download.eclipse.org/mpc/indigo/
添加完成后，work with 选择Eclipse Marketplace Client
就可以下载了。下载完成后，重启eclipse，help–Eclipse Marketplace Client
