这个我也正在查找具体原因：应该是anaconda环境中的Python版本兼容性的问题。

临时解决办法：Python编程环境（4）——Eric安装、操作 - bluewater的专栏 - CSDN博客  https://blog.csdn.net/sjpljr/article/details/79196747，建立Anaconda建立新python环境。一般情况下是可以解决的。

我这里如果只是更改anaconda中默认环境python版本到所需的版本，只能部分解决错误，还会出现其它问题。
