解决
Canal抛出这个错误是因为252机器中的MySQL没有做主从配置。
因此，MySQL并没有开启Binlog配置，从而导致Canal无法同步到MySQL的Binlog二进制文件。
这简单，将MySQL主机开启Binlog配置然后重启即可解决。
