导致这个问题是因为客户导出数据时将Activiti之act_ge_property表职工数据清空导致的与ACT_GE_BYTEARRAY没关系

出错原因：

1：配置文件出错

2：本地的仓库的jar包有问题

3：act_ge_property表中的数据被清除了

在把所有的配置文件都核对过一遍后。还是不行。这时我将导入的数据库更换就好了

最后找到主要原因是：在act_ge_property表中的数据被清除了、使用demo类再次部署流程定义后。再次启动即可
