解决办法：用文本方式打开vmx文件，然后将virtualHW.version = "7"，改成"6"就行了。我装的是VMware 6.0
另一种解释：打开vmx文件，发现virtualHW.version = "7"，建这个数值改为6【表示新创建】，ok 虚拟机运行起来了
