Error creating bean with name 'quartzInit' defined in file [/xxx/xxx/context-timertask-service.xml]: Invocation of init method failed; nested exception is org.quartz.SchedulerException: Based on configured schedule, the given trigger will never fire.
错误的原因是定时时间设置有问题，0 0 * * * ? 2012 这个设置限制了定时任务只能在2012年执行，如果超过了这个年份，这个任务就无法执行，spring启动时就会报错。
