Swiss-Prot注释
Swiss-Prot 数据库中的蛋白质的功能经过了试验验证，注释是精确的。但是其蛋白质数目相比于Nr，就非常少了，仅有约54万条。由于数据库不大，适合于本地化Blast进行Swiss-Prot注释。
