很多同学学习Spring都会遇到这样的问题，那就是读取不到xml文件，那么我们该怎么解决这个问题呢？解决方法在文章末尾！

读取xml文件的时候会出现这个错误，那么是怎么回事呢，首先你必须要有commons.logging这个jar包，然后如果你是用intellij idea编写的话，你的xml文件必须放在src文件夹下面，这样才能读取到你配置的xml文件，这样问题就解决了！
