修改/etc/apt/sources.list，添加
deb http://mirrors.163.com/debian buster main non-free contrib
deb-src http://mirrors.163.com/debian buster main non-free contrib //这个是源代码，一般不用。
保存文件，然后
sudo apt update //更新软件列表
之后就可以快乐的 sudo apt install XXX了。
国内很多大学都有建立mirror，如中科大、清华等，速度都可以，有兴趣大家可以自行添加。
