公司停电，DG强制关机，来电后，开启服务器后，启动DG DB server ，报出如下错误
ARC1: Attempting destination LOG_ARCHIVE_DEST_2 network reconnect (1041)
ARC1: Destination LOG_ARCHIVE_DEST_2 network reconnect abandoned
PING[ARC1]: Error 1041 when pinging standby
解决办法：
(1)do a full shutdown of the DR database, stop the listening and all the DB service..
关闭DG数据库，停止监听
然后先启动监听，等待一段时间，再启动DG 即可
